The Malakoff wreck.
On the 2 of january in 1929 a French merchant ship suffered a trajic accident. The boat, travelling from Madagascar crossing the Suez canal, stopped in Argel before continuing to Marselle. By the point of Artruix the boat collided with "el Escull d'es Govenador" (an outcrop of rocks) creating a large hole in the hull.
